Agenda

Our day together will begin at 9.15am, however registration will be open from 8.15am if you want to come and scope the place out / get the best seat / meet your new HR besties (breakfast will be provided). There are regular breaks throughout the day and plenty of opportunity to move around. We don’t expect you to be glued to your seat all day, and you are the creator of your experience.

There are three 45 minute workshop slots during the day, and you can choose which of our four workshops to go to. We end our day at 5pm, at which point you can leave surrounded by your new HR besties, ready to show up to work differently on Monday!

Workshops

There will be four workshop rooms on the day providing solutions, ideas and thought leadership in relation to the challenges faced by us as women at work. The topics have all been informed by ticket holders – when you register for your ticket you’ll be invited to tell us what the main challenges are that you are facing in your career. So far, the three main challenges are 1) not getting senior management buy in 2) too much to do / conflicting priorities 3) confidence. We’ll be announcing the fourth workshop very soon!

Speakers

Our speakers are all from in and around the world of HR. We’re committed to amplifying the voices of women in HR, and they’re all encouraged to share their warts and all experiences of being a human in HR. They are NOT tasked with telling you the technical aspects of HR, if that’s what you’re looking for then my lovely, this is not the day for you.

If you are, however, interested in learning from women who have faced challenges head on and have a few things to tell you about it in an attempt to make your journey easier, then listen up! You’re going to want to hear from these superstars.
